 Hi, I’m Derek Morrissey, the proud owner of Morrissey Painting — and even prouder dad to two amazing boys. As a full-time single father, family means everything to me, and that same sense of dedication and care goes into every job we take on.

Painting runs deep in my roots. I’m a second-generation painter, following in the footsteps of my dad, who built this business with hard work, integrity, and pride. After his passing at the young age of 44, I took over the family business at 27, determined to keep his legacy alive.

Life brought a few challenges along the way, and I had to step back for family reasons. But now, we’re back — stronger, more focused, and ready to bring new life and color to homes once again.

At Morrissey Painting, we believe in quality craftsmanship, honesty, and treating every home as if it were our own. This isn’t just a job — it’s our family tradition, and I’m honored to carry it forward.
